If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days for any reason. However, the item MUST be in original condition as received, sealed and unused with its packaging completely intact.
If the product packaging has been opened, then we cannot accept a return for obvious health and hygiene reasons.
So have a good look at the product in the package – if you are not happy then do not open it, simple!
Due to health and safety regulations the following are not returnable:
Please email us via [email protected] letting us know that you want to return your parcel and we will give you all the return shipping information.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-faulty products.
If the product is assessed to be in perfect condition and unopened, we will provide you with a full refund, including the original shipping fee. However, we charge a €19 admin fee for processing returns.
A refund will be issued via the original payment method.
RETURNS POLICY – FAULTY PRODUCT
If you think your product is faulty when you receive it, then we are here to help!
Simply take a few photos of the product showing the issue and email it to us at [email protected]
A member of our customer care team will then respond to your email with a solution within 24 hours.
If the item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover all return related shipping charges.
If you’ve placed an order and have now decided that you wish to cancel it and get a refund, email us with your order number at [email protected] and let us know that you want to cancel your order.
If your order has not been shipped, we will simply give you a full refund via the original payment method.
If your parcel has been shipped and is on its way to your location and then you decide you don’t want the product, no worries. You will have to wait for the parcel to arrive at your location. Please reject the delivery or if it is left at a collection station, leave it there so that it returns to us. If it is delivered, then email us requesting the return shipping authorisation and let us know it is coming back our way. Once it arrives back to us (unopened and sealed!!) we will provide you with a full refund, including the original shipping costs minus a €19 admin fee for processing returns.
